• Flexible Layout for Customized Stays: Enjoy the main living area and master suite or expand with up to four additional bedrooms to suit your group. One bedroom upstairs can even be set up as a second living room, perfect for kids or as a casual hangout space.

• Sprawling Open-Plan Living Area: Step into the main area, where vaulted wood ceilings and expansive windows bring the beauty of the outdoors in. Furnished with comfort in mind, the living room features three large couches (including a sofa bed), a 55” smart TV with plenty of space for relaxing after a day of exploration. Expansive windows let in plenty of sunlight and showcase sweeping views of the mountains and peaceful ranch scenery.

 

• Chef’s Kitchen and Expansive Dining Area: The kitchen is designed for both functionality and togetherness, with high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and a generous layout that opens directly into the dining area. An extendable dining table provides room for everyone to gather, making it the ideal spot for family meals, game nights, or just lingering over coffee with a view of the ranch.

• Private Master Suite for Peaceful Retreats: Just off the main living area, the master suite offers vaulted wood ceilings, barn doors to a large closet, ceiling fan, and ample natural light. Relax with views of the ranch and mountains from your windows. The spacious master bath features a separate temperature-controlled thermostat, with ample storage, a combination tub with shower, warm wood finishes, and modern rustic finishes.

• Main Level Bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the main level are designed with comfort and versatility. One room features twin beds and a private wash sink, while the other offers a cozy queen bed and storage for personal items.

• Convertible Upper-Level Retreat: The upper level provides even more flexibility with two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Here, one bedroom includes twin beds, ample closet, and an in-room bath sink, and the other is designed to adapt to your needs—featuring a queen size sofa bed, dresser, seating and a private sink.  It can be converted into a second living area, giving kids a place to play or creating a cozy family hangout. This room is ideal for groups looking for a flexible setup and a touch of extra privacy.
